Returns & Exchanges

At Diamond Braces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
